Big Picture....

I had a friend once say that I'm a "big picture" person.

And, honestly, I agree with her.

I typically see the "big picture"--and all the little small details--well, it's not that I ignore them.

I know they're necessary--but I just "see" that they've all fallen into place.

So much so, that often I can see the projects "done" before they're done.

The problem is--then I have to remember all the "little details" in order to get them done.

And this is when I'm reminded that I'm more of a "big picture" person.

I can see the final product--and how to get there.

But once involved in the "getting" there--man do I get tired of the "little things".

Thus--I have been procrastinating by writing this entry. Why?

So I can keep dreaming of the "big" picture--and put off the completion of it a little bit longer (or, I should say, the MANY big pictures I have going on right now!!!!)

P.S. I got a lovely compliment today though--about seeing the "big picture". It was beyond nice to know that sometimes, it's a very good thing. Thank Heaven!
